Dr. Esguerra is one of the most experienced managed care physicians in the country, having served as Senior Medical Director at Blue Shield of California, Anthem, Care1st, Magellan, Kaiser Permanente, and Health Plan of San Mateo. A board-certified psychiatrist with a subspecialty in addiction medicine, he brings rare dual fluency in clinical operations and behavioral health integration. He holds degrees from USC and UMass Amherst's Isenberg School of Management, and served on a National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine committee on integrating social needs into healthcare delivery.

Dr. Saul is an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and Emergency Ultrasound Division Director at Mount Sinai St. Luke's. A fellowship-trained ultrasound specialist and dedicated educator, she trains fellows, residents, and medical students in point-of-care ultrasound annually. Her research spans emergency department operations, bedside ultrasound, and point-of-care diagnostics, with 80+ publications and an h-index of 16.
